Penis enlargement pills
There are hundreds of adverts and articles on penis enlargement. They promise great results. However, at the moment there is no drug therapy on the market that can permanently enalrge the penis.
Vacuum Devices
Vacuum devices are often advised for the treatment of impotence. They are also advertised for male enhancement, because the penis gets bigger for some time.
Vacuum pumps are put over the penis. Air is then drawn from the tube, thereby creating pressure. As a result, blood is forced rapidly into the penis, as in erection. A ring is then put temporarily on the base of the penis to stop blood draining away too promptly. This method of penis enlargement works for approximately 24 hours.
There can also be side effects. Blood vessels can be damaged and trigger swelling and pain. If you want to apply a vacuum device for erectile problems, or you believe it may be a pleasant sensation, you need to be aware of the possible dangers and the fact that some devices available on the market do not comply with safety standards.
Surgery for Penis Enlargement
Surgery is the only perpetual method. Commonly, the penis can be enlarged by a surgeon by just over an inch. The surgeon will cut the ligaments holding the penis in its usual position and this allows the penis to deign. Afterwards, weights or streching devices should be applied for several months to contribute to the permanent increase in size. The procedure may bring on scar tissue.
A dermal implant can be used as an alternative. It includes transplantation of fat cells from other parts of the body to the penis. Because the size of the penis head cannot be enlarged, the penis may look rather odd.
As with any form of surgery, there are a great many potential risks.

- There can be complications. This includes post operative infections, tissues rupture and nerve damage, side effects of an anaesthesia.
